All New Client’s
Please fill out all required forms before your arrival. All forms are sent via email from Beautiful You 24- hours prior to appointments. If you are unable to complete the paperwork before your visit, please arrive 20 minutes early to allow extra time for check-in. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your appointment, reducing its effectiveness. Your appointment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
Late Policy (15 minutes or less)
If you arrive later than scheduled, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests and will be charged at full value.
Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will need to rescheduled and a late cancelation fee of $50 may be applied.
Cancelation and No-Show Policy
All appointments require a credit card on file at the time of booking.
If you don’t show for an appointment or cancel your appointment without notifying Beautiful You Weight and Skin Solutions in a timely manner (24 hours prior), there may be a $50 Re-Booking fee applied to your rescheduled appointment.
In the event of a second no-show or cancellation without proper notice, the $50 Booking Fee will reimburse Beautiful You Weight and Skin Solutions for time lost.
Refund Policy
We don’t offer refunds on any service(s) rendered or booked. Additionally, if a service is prepaid and the client elects to not receive service they will be charged a late cancelation fee in the amount of $50.00. The remaining balance will be refunded only if client hasn’t received the service(s).
Lending Partners
All contracts with lending partners are legally binding and client must pay balances in full. If client cannot continue with treatment regimen due to medical reasons, the client will be charged the normal price of any services rendered.
All Beautiful You Weight and Skin Solutions services are elective and not billable services for insurance purposes.
